The Emotional Quotient (EQ) Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) is the world’s leading assessment tool for assessing an individual’s emotional and social intelligence across 15 EQ skills, grouped in five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.

The tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete. You can choose from a self-rated or multi-rated workplace or leadership report which provides a detailed analysis of your results.
