With over two decades of yoga and mindfulness training, Mary’s inspirational teaching style is rooted in neuroscience, psychology, adult development, and wisdom traditions. Certified Potential Project facilitator, she facilitates corporate mindset workshops related to innovation, navigating change, mental performance, and team and leadership inner playbooks. She is also a certified yoga teacher (RYT200), teaching meditation and therapeutic-based yoga through BTO TV.
Mary earned a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University and ICF professional coach certifications (PCC) from New Ventures West and Marcus Buckingham Company. She has received numerous awards, including Cisco’s Coach of Excellence award. She holds certifications in leading-edge programs, including Potential Project’s leadership playbooks and mindset programs, Leadership Circle Profile™, Hogan, StandOut, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i®), and Enneagram.
